Capital Solutions

In 2021, we expanded our private credit capabilities with the launch of our Capital Solutions business – a new alternative asset class focused on financing good companies facing temporary challenges through a stakeholder-friendly approach.

With access to traditional bank funding and governments and central bank support constrained, we aim to provide flexible, creative and sustainable financing solutions to support small and medium-sized European companies through periods of stress or market dislocation, from stranded refinancing processes to rescue financing.

Managed by an investment team with extensive experience of restructuring and complex situations, as well as deep local knowledge, our Capital Solutions strategy seeks to provide our investors with positive risk-adjusted returns and capital protection through meaningful collateralisation.
