Emerging Markets – Asia Credit Opportunities

The Asia credit opportunities strategy invests in a blend of sectors and Asian countries. The strategy typically focuses on contained volatility and aims to offer in our opinion attractive yield seeking to capturing opportunities in Asian investment grade corporate bonds. The strategy also can invest in high yield corporate bonds but strives to maintain an investment grade average rating. It focuses on companies that we believe are well positioned in their markets with strong long-term business prospects and a sound management team. Despite not necessarily being renowned outside of Asia, these companies are generally of large scale and are often Asian household names.

We believe the Asian corporate bond market offers plentiful opportunities, as an under-researched market by Western investors. Our focused, experienced and culturally integrated investment team aims to provide investors with the opportunity to gain exposure to a diversified region, which can offer exposure to corporate balance sheets.
